Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Nick Roberts

How can I help you improve your health?

I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy, following a short period working at the university I then worked in the NHS, completing my junior rotations before becoming a senior physiotherapist working onsite at a number of GP surgeries. Concurrent to this I worked at a local rugby club and part time for Sheffield Wednesday in the Academy.

After a break to go travelling, I moved to the North East where I worked in a local private clinic for 3 ½ years, plus 1 year working for Nissan in their Occupational Health Department. I then moved back to Sheffield in 2014 at which point I started my current post working for Nuffield Health.

Clinically I am trained in acupuncture, and have a special interest in combining hands on treatments with tailored exercise programmes in order to help people achieve optimal health and function following injury/illness.
