Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

Ryan graduated from Huddersfield University in in 2012 and moved to London specialising early in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Ryan has also worked in sport for Academy teams of professional clubs Brentford, Brighton and Hove Albion and Barnsley as well as gymnastics.

Ryan has recently completed his post graduate certificate in Manual Therapy at Sheffield Hallam University and aims to continue his development in Strength and Conditioning by studying at post graduate level in the future. He has a keen interest in running related injuries, tendinopathies and pain science. Outside of work, Ryan competes in running up to marathon distances, enjoys the gym and hits the occasional golf ball although confesses not to be very good, but it is a work in progress. He also has a wife and two young children who like Ryan love the outdoors.

How can I help you improve your health?

Alan qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Huddersfield back in 2007. Following this degree success he decided to take a break from studying and talk of a career to travel the world. After lengthy stints either volunteering or working in Ghana, California and West Canada he found his way home and now thoroughly enjoys home life with his wife and young family.

He has a keen interest in golf, playing for his club team and likes to keep fit and healthy by working out, long walks and running regularly. He has completed the UK coast to coast cycle and walk on separate occasions among other challenges and loves it when people can achieve what they set out to and will do everything he can to assist in this success.
