About me:  I am ex-military which is where I got into fitness along with sport such as hockey and indoor climbing.  I enjoy music and spending time with my family.  Fitness has helped me over the years to achieve my goals and I would like to share my passion for fitness with others.

With over three years of experience in the fitness industry I have trained people from beginners to athletes, as well as people with severe medical problems such as osteoporosis, arthritis, back pain, mental health etc.

I have gained qualifications in Exercise Referral, Women in Fitness (Pre-and postnatal), Sports Performance and Psychology. I do not believe in the “one fits all” programs, I will personalise your training to fit your lifestyle and work towards your achievable goals. I also believe training should not just be efficient but fun at the same time.
