How can I help you improve your health?

Due to the people that inspire me, I have a very strong belief that anything can be achieved if you really put in the work. As a Personal Trainer, I like to cement that into my clients mind sets allowing them to push on through any doubt they may have and achieve their goals. I particularly enjoy a mix of resistance work and HIIT training, adapting these to the individual needs of my clients and myself in my own training.

How can I help you improve your health?

I've been a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health in Norwich since 2019. Having always been passionate about people, I have worked in the entertainment industry for a number of years as a singer and all round entertainer, moving into fitness since it helped me with my own physical and mental health the past few years. I now want to share the knowledge I have gained since qualifying as a Personal Trainer to help others in the same areas.

As an entertainer, I love to perform in front of a crowd, and so teaching Group Exercise is something I would class as a strength of mine. I can often be found teaching Spin and Les Mills Bodystep, which I have taught since December 2019.

How can I help you improve your health?

After qualifying as a Personal Trainer the year before, I joined the team at Nuffield Health Norwich in early 2019. My areas of interest are in combining mobility exercises with strength and muscular conditioning and I am partway through a Level 4 course to become a Strength and Conditioning coach. Outside of fitness I am a keen amateur wrestler, and have worked as a stuntman in short films.

With the knowledge gained from a Sports Coaching degree from the University of Gloucestershire, I will take your health and fitness goals and work with you to build a path where every session serves the purpose of leading you towards your personal goal.

Having experienced serious injury myself, I can empathise with rehabilitation programs and will push you to make sure you get to be the best version of yourself week-by-week.

How can I help you improve your health?

I’ve always enjoyed finding out what the body can do, where improvements can be made, and how those changes can impact day-to-day life. Coming from a family of teachers, sharing my passion and knowledge with others, and helping them achieve what they want is what lead me to become a personal trainer. It isn't about shouting at people until they're sweaty, exhausted heaps on the floor; it's about helping and supporting you to be fitter, healthier and happier within yourself.

How can I help you improve your health?

With a strong knowledge of health and fitness I am determined to help people with their journey in the health and fitness industry.

I have many years’ experience in boxing, both at a competitive level and boxing for fitness. I started boxing myself at 15 years old, and began coaching when I was 17 years old, gaining a large knowledge of the sport since then. I have built on my fitness interest by qualifying as a Personal Trainer through an apprenticeship whilst working as a Lifeguard here at Nuffield Health Norwich Fitness and Wellbeing Club, qualifying in 2018 and moving full time into the Fitness Team. I am also a keen runner and cyclist.

Training specialties with me include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), boxing fitness, general cardiovascular conditioning, and resistance training.
