Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

We provide comprehensive assessments and treatments tailored to your exact needs. Your Physio will look at your medical history and carry out a thorough physical examination to determine the best course of action.

Michelle's career began working with a rugby team. Over 6 years she gained experience treating a wide range of sports injuries.

Michelle then moved to the private sector, dealing with post-operative recovery and spinal pain, specialising in Pilates.
