How can I help you improve your health?

I advocate for a holistic approach to rehabilitation, taking the time to understand each patient individually and collaborate with them to create personalised exercise plans aimed at achieving their specific goals.

I employ a diverse range of treatment methods, from tailored exercise regimens to manual therapy and expert guidance. I believe that education is integral to the rehabilitation process, and I am dedicated to helping you gain a better understanding of your diagnosis. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary for managing your rehabilitation journey effectively.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 and spent four years working with the NHS before furthering my practice in New Zealand for two years. During this time, I focused on private practice, specialising in lower limb sports injuries, both pre and post-operatively. I have a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Having personally navigated the journey of returning to sport after an injury, I understand how significant it is for you to get back to the activities you love.
