How can I help you improve your health?

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist with nine years clinical practice experience. I’m passionate about the role of nutrition in improving and maintaining health and fitness.

I truly believe “you are what you eat” - corny but true! Fuelling yourself properly is a key factor for improving and maintaining both health and fitness.

Confused about nutrition and the best food choices for you? I provide clarity and create a bespoke long-term healthy eating and lifestyle plan for my clients that is realistic and manageable.

What my Clients say:

"Having suffered with long-standing digestive issues I wanted to try to help myself so had a consultation with Shirley. Shirley was friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental.

After taking a thorough health history Shirley recommended a combination of manageable diet and lifestyle modifications and also advised me to get tested for helicobacter pylori by my GP which results showed as positive. Without Shirley I would still be struggling with these digestive issues"

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
