Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Since graduating from Brunel University, Karina has specialised in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and worked in NHS and private settings. She has years of experience treating patients with acute and chronic conditions and uses an individualised, holistic approach to treat the cause of symptoms to help prevent recurrence and meet the clients’ individual goals.

Since joining Nuffield Health, Karina has completed training to become a Specialist Pelvic (Women’s) Health Specialist and is experienced in treating conditions such as stress and urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and rehabilitation following gynaecological surgery.
