  • With over 13 years of experience, I've completed triathlons, off-road obstacle races, long distance running events including a marathon and team events. I've been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of clients, from people who want to get back into "those" pair of jeans to people who want to take off that extra second from their run or swim time.
  • All sessions will be specific to your goals, how you move and how you enjoy exercising.
  • We'll talk about food and what you should and shouldn't be eating.

With my diploma in Exercise (GP) referral I have experience of helping individuals get the most out of exercise whilst managing their medical conditions, including; Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes (types 1 and 2), Depression, High blood pressure/cholesterol, Osteoporosis, Non-specific back pain, and Total joint replacement.  I specialises in run training (beginners and improvers), weight loss and body fat reduction, 1-2-1 coaching, motivation and emotional support in and out of the gym.
