Alan has a diploma in Exercise (GP) referral and experience of helping individuals get the most out of exercise whilst managing their medical conditions, including; Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes (types 1 and 2), Depression, High blood pressure/cholesterol, Osteoporosis, Non-specific back pain, and Total joint replacement.  He specializes in weight loss and body fat reduction, 1-2-1 coaching, motivation and emotional support in and out of the gym, Building increased stamina, strength and endurance and Formation of new habits and lasting change
