Rebecca is an innovative and experienced trainer with a background in elite-level sports coaching and outdoor pursuits. Previously competing as a gymnast and heptathlete, and currently as a boxer, Rebecca has a unique ability to coach and progress movement(s) to create challenging, fun and varied fitness programmes.

Specialties: Sports-specific training, boxing coaching, HIIT/metabolic conditioning, body composition/fat loss, female strength training, gymnastics, functional training and injury rehabilitation.

With a degree in Sports & Exercise Science and a passion for all things fitness; he has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.

Sian combines over 15 years of experience in resistance and endurance training with dance, yoga and core conditioning to create challenging, fun and effective programmes. Whether you‘re looking for weight loss, toning or running your best race – Sian will support you every step of the way.
