I am a keen triathlete and compete at a high level. Triathlons & endurance sports are my passion and I have trained several athletes, World Age group champions & Ironman competitors.

A professional, innovative and experienced trainer with a background in high level sports coaching and outdoor pursuits. Previously competing as a gymnast, heptathlete and currently as a boxer; Rebecca has an ability to coach and progress movement to provide challenging, yet fun and varied programming tailored to the individual. Specialist areas: sports-specific strength and conditionaing, boxing coaching, high intensity/metabolic conditioning, body composition/weight loss, female strength training, gymnastic/natural/functional movement and injury rehabilitation. A key focus with my coaching is to thoroughly improve the clients mobility and movement patterns first. This is primarily achieved with a combination of soft tissue, flexibility and mobility work. This approach will allow you to unlock so much more of your body’s physical potential. With improved joint mobility and good teaching points movements/exercises can be taught and executed properly. Good movement will ensure injury free training, better results and longevity.

I assess situations very well enabling me to support my clients in any goals they’ve set out to achieve.

My training style is typically influenced by a background in Sports Rehabilitation and my experience of working within the football and gym environments has demonstrated the importance of building a strong foundation - from there anything is possible. Sessions with me are structured around your goals and designed to be fun, holistic, progressive and challenging, with the aim of you understanding more so that you can become autonomous.

Over the years I have participated and studied various skills and disciplines which have allowed me to turn my passion for fitness into a career. Most recently I have passed my CrossFit Level 1 trainer course adding a new dimension to what I can offer during my 121 sessions.
