I believe that health should be looked at in a holistic
manner, “a complete state of social, physical and mental wellbeing”. I continue to train Capoeira, which has developed my
practical understanding of what ‘Healthy’ is and has developed my coaching
skills to teach very complex movements, well! Along with that practical experience I have also completed
Post graduate studies in Applying exercise for health from St Georges
University Hospital. This qualifies me to work with people who may require safe
guarding and rehabilitating. I specialise in movement training, rehabilitation and injury
prevention designed to get you strong, agile, balanced, flexible and powerful.
I design sessions with a mix of client wants along with their needs and ensure
that all sessions are challenging and effective! My coaching will not only get
you fit and healthy, it will also increase your understanding of how YOUR body
works. I aim and succeed in ensuring my clients are well equipped to undertake
any physical activity with confidence.
I believe the key to achieving
your fitness goals is through specific structured training but also through
enjoying you what you do. I incorporate different types of training into my
programming; weight training, circuits, calisthenics, HIIT, working with
clients to identify the best approach for them and their
goals.
I am a keen triathlete and compete at a high level. Triathlons and endurance sports are my passion and I have trained several athletes, World Age group champions & Ironman competitors.

A professional, innovative and experienced trainer with a background in high level sports coaching and outdoor pursuits. Previously competing as a gymnast, heptathlete and currently as a boxer; Rebecca has an ability to coach and progress movement to provide challenging, yet fun and varied programming tailored to the individual. An energetic and enthusiastic motivator who uses a variety of coaching techniques to help his clients achieve their goals. He specialises in fat loss and muscle gain as well as training for performance, drawing strength and conditioning strategies. He loves to deliver HIIT style circuit training and is never short of interesting and creative workout plans. He is a firm believer in the enjoyment aspect of exercise which will help you adhere to long term healthy lifestyle changes. With a background in sports and exercise science he aims to help his clients understand the science behind health and fitness, is knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, nutrition and aims to improve his clients mental and psychological well-being.
My training sessions are built around the client. My experience and research has proven that there is no “one size, fits all” to reach your goals but a holistic approach to health through both exercise and nutrition is needed. Being a registered nutritionist and specialising in HIIT, strength and conditioning training allows me to offer this full package to my clients. This combined approach enables me to work with my clients to create individual programs to help them meet their goals for weight loss, body transformation and wellbeing. Sessions are bespoke, but just as importantly, fun.
Above all, I believe that fitness should be an enjoyable experience. I have played sport since I was young and am always seeking new ways to challenge myself and my body. I have an interest in functional movements and how they can carry over and enhanced out day to day life. I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have a background in boxing, semi professional football and Mauy Thai. My training philosophy is based around strength and conditioning, weight training, crossfit and padwork.
A key focus with my coaching is to thoroughly improve the client's mobility and movement patterns first. This is primarily achieved with a combination of soft tissue, flexibility and mobility work. This approach will allow you to unlock so much more of your body’s physical potential. With improved joint mobility and good teaching points movements/exercises can be taught and executed properly. Good movement will ensure injury free training, better results and longevity.
Being a fitness enthusiast comes naturally to me, by surrounding myself with well qualified peers and stepping into a wide range of sports I’ve enabled myself to acquire the best knowledge possible from my experiences. I’m very through whilst programming for clients, ensuring every session is specific to the individuals need. I don’t shy away from new challenges and know the importance of client satisfaction. I assess situations very well enabling me to support my clients in any goals they’ve set out to achieve.

I am a highly motivated and experienced trainer. I use a variety of techniques including HIIT, strength and conditioning, weight training and circuits to help achieve your goals, not just physically but mentally too. I am keen on building a solid relationship with my clients and supporting them along there journey installing a new found confidence, new insights to training and benefits to your health whilst improving your fitness and achieving changes to your body.
I have a background in a variety of
different sports including athletics and cross country running, I will always
apply these movements and skills mixed with my strength and conditioning
knowledge into my sessions.
