About me – I worked in law for three years before deciding to make the switch to fitness as I realised my calling was to help empower people through fitness.

Stefania has a background in dance and teaching group exercise classes, specialising in strength training, stretching, body composition, body toning, cardio training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With over 15 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in dance as well as teaching various group exercise classes, Stefania creates fun, effective and easy-to-follow exercise programs designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My specialities: body composition/fat loss, muscle gain, body toning, sport-scientific training and movement/mobility coaching.

Amber Gauci

Amber has a 2nd Dan black belt in Karate and has competed at a national level. She has extensive experience teaching Karate and Kickboxing and passionately believes that healthy living comes from strengthening mind, body and spirit which is reflected in very individualized and holistic training programmes for her clients.

Gordon is an experienced personal trainer and sports coach with an extensive background in team sports and Muay Thai. With a degree in Sports & Exercise Science and a passion for all things fitness; he has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.

Sian has a background in performing arts as well as teaching group exercise, specialising in body toning, HIIT, core stability and barbell sculpt. Sian combines over 15 years of experience in resistance and endurance training with dance, yoga and core conditioning to create challenging, fun and effective programmes. Whether you‘re looking for weight loss, toning or running your best race – Sian will support you every step of the way.
