He specialises in fat loss and muscle gain as well as training for performance, drawing strength and conditioning strategies. He loves to deliver HIIT style circuit training and is never short of interesting and creative workout plans. He is a firm believer in the enjoyment aspect of exercise which will help you adhere to long term healthy lifestyle changes. With a background in sports and exercise science he aims to help his clients understand the science behind health and fitness, is knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, nutrition and aims to improve his clients mental and psychological well-being.

Jamie will work with you to set out realistic goals. Sessions include push, pull, squat, lunge, rotate, gait and hinge movements to facilitate a multi-faceted approach to health and fitness. His sessions are challenging yet achievable and a great place to start when building confidence in the gym.

Jamie is interested in functional movement training and has recently signed up for a triathlon - so expect to see him on the WattBike, out running or in the pool as well as the gym.

I am a Professional athlete and have practiced sports since I was 4 years old. I am dedicated to sports and have spent more than 21 years as a Teacher and as a Coach. I put passion and effort into everything I do and I transmit this passion to my clients and students. I am dynamic, creative and motivating. I am an expert in martial arts and have five black belts, I am also five times European Capoeira champion and Spanish Muay Thai sub-champion.
