In my sessions I aim to use a range of interactive and enjoyable training methods whilst keeping the fundamentals and mechanics at the heart of a training program. Stemming from a sports & exercise science background, I have a firm belief in my ability as a wellbeing personal trainer. I am passionate about you achieving success in your health/performance goals.

My vision as Wellbeing Personal trainer is to help people become the strongest versions of themselves, both mentally and physically. I've helped a wide range of clients from different abilities and backgrounds achieve their goals and I believe the key to achieving this is through commitment, discipline, following fundamental principles in your training and most importantly finding enjoyment in your training.

A professional, innovative and experienced trainer with a background in high level sports coaching and outdoor pursuits. Previously competing as a gymnast, heptathlete and currently as a boxer; Rebecca has an ability to coach and progress movement to provide challenging, yet fun and varied programming tailored to the individual. Specialist areas: sports-specific strength and conditionaing, boxing coaching, high intensity/metabolic conditioning, body composition/weight loss, female strength training, gymnastic/natural/functional movement and injury rehabilitation. Barbara Gomez

How can i help you improve your health?

I pride myself in giving outstanding advice and support to my clients. Over the last seven years I’ve accumulated a vast amount of knowledge in anatomy, body mechanics and nutrition. I started training initially as a dancer and performing in a dance group around Spain. I utilise my psychologist degree to really get to know my clients on a mental level which I believe has helped me achieve amazing results.

I believe happiness comes from a healthy body and a strong mind. Both of which are improved through enjoyable, expert training and commitment to your fitness goal.  Fitness can be a whole lifestyle, as it is to me, or simply a few hours a day in which you zone in and give one hundred per cent focus. Either way, I feel that after making the time to get down into the gym your time cannot be wasted and it is vital your training falls in line with the specific goal you have set!

My training style is typically influenced by a background in Sports Rehabilitation and my experience of working within the football and gym environments has demonstrated the importance of building a strong foundation - from there anything is possible. Sessions with me are structured around your goals and designed to be fun, holistic, progressive and challenging, with the aim of you understanding more so that you can become autonomous.
