How can I help you improve your health?
I believe that health should be looked at in a holistic
manner, “a complete state of social, physical and mental wellbeing”. I continue to train Capoeira, which has developed my
practical understanding of what ‘Healthy’ is and has developed my coaching
skills to teach very complex movements, well! Along with that practical experience I have also completed
Post graduate studies in Applying exercise for health from St Georges
University Hospital. This qualifies me to work with people who may require safe
guarding and rehabilitating. I specialise in movement training, rehabilitation and injury
prevention designed to get you strong, agile, balanced, flexible and powerful.
I design sessions with a mix of client wants along with their needs and ensure
that all sessions are challenging and effective! My coaching will not only get
you fit and healthy, it will also increase your understanding of how YOUR body
works. I aim and succeed in ensuring my clients are well equipped to undertake
any physical activity with confidence.
