My exercise and fitness journey began from my background in gymnastics and cheerleading where I competed at national and world level. I have a first-class Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Coaching which has further developed my knowledge and expertise in coaching in the fitness industry.

I want to transform the gym experience for women and empower them to become the best version of themselves. I will help you to build confidence, increase your self-esteem and achieve your fitness goals!

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and have a background in Sport & Exercise Science and Sports Massage Therapy. Over the years I have helped clients to get and stay motivated, lose weight, enjoy exercise, run distances from 5km to marathons and live healthier lives. You will also see me training clients with a big focus on rehabilitation from lower back pain, shoulder pain and many more injuries.  My training is fun, realistic and appropriate.
