Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Our gym provides an abundance of free parking so we are in an ideal location for patients travelling from further afield, such as Epsom, Ewell, Surbiton and Carshalton for their physiotherapy treatment.

We have a friendly and professional team of 3 Senior Physiotherapists, each with over 10 years experience. Each Physiotherapist is extremely knowledgeable and has their own areas of special clinical interests which include:

  • Sports Injuries (including adolescents and tennis related injuries)
  • Upper and Lower Limb Biomechanics
  • Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
  • Tendinopathy Management
  • Foot and Ankle dysfunction/injuries
  • Ergonomics
  • Pregnancy-related conditions.

All of our Physiotherapists are trained in Western Acupuncture and Kinesio Taping. We also offer Clinical Pilates, both in a class and one to one setting. Our Physiotherapists make good use of the gym, often performing rehabilitation exercises with clients as well as maintaining a good relationship with the Fitness Team who often support.

Appointments are available every day of the working week, at varying times and often within 24-48 hours.

How can I help you improve your health?

Emma qualified from Kings College London in 2006 and since then has worked in a variety of settings including the NHS, private practice and in many sporting roles. She was one of the physiotherapists at the London 2012 Olympic Games - working with the gymnasts and relishes the opportunity to work with both amateur and professional athletes.

She has post-qualification training in Acupuncture, Clinical Pilates and Kinesiotaping. Her main area of special interest is the foot and ankle and lower limb biomechanics but she enjoys treating all problems.

Lisa graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2003, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Lisa has gained many years of experience in various fields of Physiotherapy working within South Africa and the United Kingdom.

She has worked with the 2003 under 19 Springbok Rugby team and has a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience.

Lisa spent 2 years working in a world recognised trauma and emergency department in Johannesburg treating high dependency orthopaedic, trauma and neurological patients.

Lisa spent 4 years working within the NHS specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has managed teams of physiotherapists within the NHS at St George’s University Hospital.

In 2011 Lisa moved full-time into the private sector working for Nuffield Health in corporate and gym based physiotherapy clinic, treating and managing of a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. In her sessions with clients she uses her acupuncture skills to benefit many varied conditions.

She also has done post graduate training in the fields of ergonomics and women’s health, specifically pregnancy related conditions.

How can I help you improve your health?

Nick graduated from Brighton University in 1999, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Nick quickly realised that his passion lay in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.

Nick then completed seven years in the NHS gaining a broad range of physiotherapy knowledge before specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has managed teams of physiotherapists within the NHS at St Helier, St George’s and Mayday University Hospitals.

In 2006 Nick moved full-time into the private sector and has since worked at physiotherapy clinics in Wimbledon, Sutton, Leatherhead and Kensington gaining a wealth of experience in the treatment and management of a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Since 2006 Nick has worked at a high performance tennis academy and has dealt with national and international professional tennis players, plus amateur and elite athletes in many disciplines as well as members of the general public.

Nick prides himself in applying the same level of knowledge and commitment to achieving the best possible treatment outcomes for his clients, whether he is seeing an athlete or an office worker.

Nick has special interests in sports injuries, adolescent sports injuries, tennis related injuries, upper and lower limb biomechanics, orthopaedic rehabilitation (including ACL and joint replacement) and tendinopathy management (including achilles, patella and adductor).

Nick also has a wealth of experience in the management of low back pain, whiplash and is trained in Clinical Pilates (APPI) and Western Medical Acupuncture.
