I am an ex-Metropolitan police officer turned fitness professional. Two of the most important life skills that my time in the police taught me were discipline and structure, which both carry over perfectly into personal training.

Whether you're just getting started on your fitness journey, or struggling with the motivation and direction that we all need, then I'm here to help you. To get in touch, come and find me on the gym floor or ask for me at reception. I look forward to training with you.

I am relatively new to the industry having been in it for four years, three of which studying strength and conditioning at University. This has enabled me to gain key knowledge from well respected indivuals in the sport and fitness industry whilst enabling me to develop values to aid both myself and my clients to achieve our targets together. Following this passion, I am currently working towards my UKSCA.
