How can I help you improve your health?

I am an ex-Metropolitan police officer who has recently made the change to become a personal trainer after nine years service. This was a physically demanding job which required me to keep on top of my fitness. It also taught me discipline and structure, which carry over perfectly in to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With my help not only will we find and focus on a style of exercise that suits you, but more importantly one that you will enjoy. The key to health and fitness is to make it sustainable and fun, rather than a boring chore that you feel like you have to do. My job is to turn that boring chore into an enjoyable habit that becomes part of your regular routine.

I am relatively new to the industry having been in it for four years, three of which studying strength and conditioning at University. This has enabled me to gain key knowledge from well respected indivuals in the sport and fitness industry whilst enabling me to develop values to aid both myself and my clients to achieve our targets together. Following this passion, I am currently working towards my UKSCA.
