My name is Jacob and I am a Sports Therapist with a passion for high performance but also helping people to become pain-free and achieve their goals.

I can teach/modify any training programs and techniques to ensure you're safe and confident in training independently.

I am relatively new to the industry having been in it for four years, three of which studying strength and conditioning at University. This has enabled me to gain key knowledge from well-respected individuals in the sport and fitness industry whilst enabling me to develop values to aid both myself and my clients to achieve our targets together. Following this passion, I am currently working towards my UKSCA.
