Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

Morna has 34 years of physiotherapy experience, both within the NHS and the private sector. Morna gained registration to the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists(MACP) in 1987.

When running her own sports injury clinic, Morna was physiotherapist to the Newcastle Gosforth RFC and to Blaydon RFC. She has worked with many performers, actors, musicians and dancers, including Ballet Rambert, Royal Shakespeare Company, Scottish Ballet and other major touring companies.

Having worked abroad in France for nine years, and worked around many NHS local health authorities, Morna has a wealth of experience across several disciplines, and has strong skill sets across a broad age spectrum.

Areas of expertise: MSK, sports injury, orthopaedics, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, elderly care and community based services.

How can I help you improve your health?

Judith qualified as a physiotherapist in 1984 from Queens College Glasgow and has worked extensively in both the NHS and private sector. She has been a physiotherapist at Glasgow Nuffield Health for over 23 years working in both inpatient and outpatient clinics.

Judith is experienced in many areas of physiotherapy covering a wide range of ages and conditions from young children to the elderly patient. Her main interests are musculoskeletal problems particularly back/neck and shoulder problems, orthopaedic rehabilitation following surgery and ante/post natal problems.

Judith is also an APPI Pilates instructor having taught Pilates for 15 years and she uses Pilates in many of her treatment programmes.
