Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

We offer expertise in upper limb / hand rehabilitation and pain management programmes including the use of acupuncture.

We have strong connections with many local orthopaedic consultants and have an excellent track record in post-surgery rehabilitation. We also provide 1-2-1 Pilates instruction ideally suited to beginners or patients recovering from injuries.

We recognise that each patient is unique, that's why we provide a range of physio treatments from short courses to extended rehabilitation programmes - tailored to your exact needs.

You will receive a consultation with your physiotherapist, which includes your medical history and a physical exam, to determine the most appropriate / effective course of treatment.

Will has worked with Nuffield Health for several years and is currently located between the Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital and Giffnock sites. He has experience in pre and post-surgical assessment and care which has led to his current role as the Recovery Plus lead physiotherapist for Glasgow.

Will also delivers Clinical Pilates classes at Giffnock and in addition to this, is also a strong advocate of the use of acupuncture in the treatment of patients persistent  pain. He has a keen interest in sports-related injuries and end stage rehabilitation and works part-time for a Scottish Professional Football League youth academy.

Outside of work he has a keen interest in running and resistance training. He has most recently taken up Crossfit and is a previous Ulster 800m champion.

Judith qualified as a physiotherapist in 1984 from Queens College Glasgow and has worked extensively in both the NHS and private sector. She has been a physiotherapist at Glasgow Nuffield Health for over 23 years working in both inpatient and outpatient clinics.

Judith is experienced in many areas of physiotherapy covering a wide range of ages and conditions from young children to the elderly patient. Her main interests are musculoskeletal problems particularly back/neck and shoulder problems, orthopaedic rehabilitation following surgery and ante/post natal problems.

Angela has a keen interest in neuro-rehab and woman's health (gynaecology and obstetrics) and as a mum of four has been through the challenges of pre and post natal life.

Angela has completed her post-graduate training in pelvic floor dysfunction and is able to do internal examinations which coupled her understanding of post-operative rehabilitation following gynaecological surgery, she is able to combine her knowledge to offer a full package of care whether you are looking to prevent surgery or are in need of some post-operative care.

Angela completed her FitBack and Bumps training in 2012 as well as Modern Pregnancy and Modern Postnatal Fitness courses with Burrell Education. In 2016, Angela became a Mummy MOT practitioner.

Andrew graduated as a physiotherapist from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003 with a MSc. in Rehabilitation Science, spending nearly 10 years in NHS working in a number of clinical areas. He initially worked in the North East of England, and returned to work for NHS Occupational Health in Glasgow in 2008, working in many of the hospitals around Glasgow.

He has worked for Nuffield Health on a part-time basis since 2008 and joined full-time in 2013 and his main interest is in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Working in a number of specialist areas in his career, he has gained considerable experience in dealing with spinal and upper/lower limb conditions, taking referrals from GP/self-referral clinics, and also post-surgery orthopaedic referrals.

Andrew is currently developing his clinical skills in the management of headaches /migraines, and vestibular rehabilitation referrals, and a member of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
