How can I help you improve your health?

I strive to provide my clients with the tools to improve their own health and fitness with a special focus on mobility and recovery. Having worked at a desk for years and having recently recovered from back surgery with the help of Nuffield Health’s Recovery Plus programme, I understand all too well how difficult it can be to keep on top of our fitness as well as how important it is to listen to and interpret what our bodies are telling us. So whether you are rehabilitating an injury, have a performance goal in mind, or are simply looking to improve your everyday life, it is my passion to share what I have learned and to work with you on tailoring a programme and training sessions that will help you feel your absolute best.

How can I help you improve your health?

I pride myself on teaching my clients the correct techniques and ways to exercise while providing you with a training plan so you know exactly what do to and when to do it. I strongly believe that everyone should be lifting some sort of weight to keep your bones dense helping prevent broken bones later in life while building some lean muscle mass at the same time. Resistance training is for everyone; from assisting things like picking up your children to taking something off the top shelf at home - all of these things are assisted by having more strength and muscle mass while preventing injury. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my love for resistance training!

With more than six years of experience within Nuffield Health, I have gained an abundance of knowledge and experience as a Personal Trainer.

My passion is to help women become stronger, healthier and more confident in their own bodies! I have helped my clients to prepare for weddings, competitions, holidays and changing their mindset to fitness is a lifestyle change! I will be there for you for the small victories too- your first push up, box jump or providing you with the confidence to go in the gym for the first time yourself.

My qualification in Sports Therapy has given me the opportunity to show clients that training is 100% possible even with an injury.

I will provide you with a personalised exercise programme online and nutritional information to ensure even when you are not with me; you will have the correct tools & guidance to hit your goals inside and outside of the gym. My drive and genuine love for the job comes from seeing you achieve what you did not think was once possible.
