I believe that personal training doesn’t just cover what is done in the gym. I like to provide all of my clients with nutritional advice so that all the hard work they’re putting in is not wasted outside of the gym.

Everyone is different, and this is something that I take into account with all of my clients, what may work for one person may well not work for you – my expertise will be able to highlight this quickly in order to make your target not seem like a million miles away. 

I will also just be at the end of the phone to give you unlimited support and motivation throughout our journey.  

For some, the gym can be a daunting experience, with me, even though it will be a challenge, we will still have fun while reaching your goals.

I am a fully certified Personal Trainer and MMA/Boxing Coach with over 20 years’ experience working with everyone from the general public to professional fighters and athletes.  If you are looking to learn boxing, advance your boxing skills, kickboxing or MMA, I coach at all levels from beginner to professional. I coach clients through all aspects of health & fitness using the latest functional and movement training methods, which incorporates resistance training, calisthenics, cardiovascular training and mobility work as well as individually tailored nutrition programming.
