Training sessions will always be tailored to suit your personal goals, whether that be fat loss, muscle gain or you’re just generally trying to improve your overall fitness. I believe that personal training doesn’t just cover what is done in the gym. I like to provide all of my clients with nutritional advice so that all the hard work they’re putting in is not wasted outside of the gym.
