I strive to provide my clients with the tools to improve their own health and fitness with a special focus on mobility and recovery. Having worked at a desk for years and having recently recovered from back surgery with the help of Nuffield Health’s Recovery Plus programme, I understand all too well how difficult it can be to keep on top of our fitness as well as how important it is to listen to and interpret what our bodies are telling us. So whether you are rehabilitating an injury, have a performance goal in mind, or are simply looking to improve your everyday life, it is my passion to share what I have learned and to work with you on tailoring a programme and training sessions that will help you feel your absolute best.

I am a personal trainer who prides themselves on providing a change to people's lives. Whether this is be physical, mental or both, I firmly believe that training can bring about a positive impact in every aspect of life.

My passion for fitness and health has changed my life. I feel healthier and stronger, while mentally I am in a great place. Training has brought about confidence in myself and I hope that can rub off on you too. Allow me to use my skills to provide you with a plan to positively impact yourself. How can I help you improve your health?

I pride myself on teaching my clients the correct techniques and ways to exercise while providing you with a training plan so you know exactly what do to and when to do it. I strongly believe that everyone should be lifting some sort of weight to keep your bones dense helping prevent broken bones later in life while building some lean muscle mass at the same time. Resistance training is for everyone; from assisting things like picking up your children to taking something off the top shelf at home - all of these things are assisted by having more strength and muscle mass while preventing injury. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my love for resistance training!

With more than three years of experience within Nuffield Health, I have gained an abundance of knowledge and experience as a Personal Trainer. My passion is to share this skillset with my clients, supporting them each step of the way to reach and exceed their goals.
