We are launching a new Performance Excellence: A Great Conversation Workshop. 

This one day workshop for all line managers takes a new and pragmatic approach towards Performance Review and Objective Setting. It focuses on the behaviours and characteristics of what it means to have ‘a great conversation’ with the individuals in your team, in order to raise the bar for each one, whatever their current performance.

Starting with a clear structure and principles for conducting a great conversation the workshop will help clarify the responsibilities of both the Manager and the Team Member and provide lots of examples of what Leader and Brand Behaviours look like in action.

Objective-setting, feedback, coaching, development, ratings and revised documentation are all covered, with plenty of opportunity to practise the key skills every Leader needs. We will also look at some of the things that get in the way of discussing performance issues and share some ‘tips and techniques’ for addressing them.
