Dr Melanie Hargreaves

Dr Hargreaves is a GP with over 20 years experience providing a modern Private GP service at the Manor Hospital, Oxford. She qualified from St George’s Hospital Medical School, London in 1996 and completed her GP Training in 2001. She has worked as a GP in London and then Oxfordshire since 2007. She is also a GP NHS at Morland House Surgery. She enjoys the breadth that General Practice offers and is developing a special interest in Geratology.

She can see all patients wishing to consult with a GP, including children. She will also be able to provide medicals, weight loss consultations, women's health, smear tests, contraception and HRT. She won’t provide maternity care, minor surgery, implants or coils. Please speak with our booking agent if you are requesting vaccinations. For emergencies and acutely unwell patients please instead call 111 or 999.

Dr Hargreaves can see you at the Manor Hospital Oxford outpatient clinic for your consultation. If you need tests or treatment, this can be arranged rapidly for you. She has a good understanding of local services for onward private referrals. Her patients value her ability to put you at ease and listen, with a positive attitude to treatment.
