How can I help you improve your health?
I qualified as a physiotherapist at the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2006. I began my physiotherapy career working within the National Health Service in musculoskeletal outpatients, mental health, orthopaedics, rheumatology and chronic pain. I moved to private practice alongside the NHS after four years of practice and assisted with sports teams on and off the pitch.
In 2012 I had the opportunity to move to Hong Kong and continue my career in private practice. I worked in Hong Kong for 6 years my practice involved acute and chronic spinal injuries, post-operative knee and shoulder rehabilitation, as well as post and prenatal care. I have been working in Nuffield Health since 2019 in outpatient's and on the inpatient orthopaedic team.
I strive to maintain a high level of continued professional development and have qualified further in Women’s Health and as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. I have a special interest in women’s health and postnatal care and I have volunteered in Nepal.
