Adrian Connolly, Health System Director
Adrian has worked in healthcare management throughout his 30 year career and held Hospital Director roles in different hospitals and operators, so has a wide experience of acute hospital services delivery. His experience includes senior commercial and development roles. An experienced senior leader who is passionate about developing services to improve people’s wellbeing.
Victoria Pangratiou, Matron
Vicky is a seasoned healthcare professional having worked in the Independent healthcare system for more than 30 years. During that time she has gained a depth and breadth of experience in Clinical Quality and excellence and Regulatory compliance standards. She has held a variety of clinical lead roles across a diversity of services in the independent sector and has been a Nuffield Hospital Clinical Services Lead / Matron for 10 years. During these years, she was instrumental in leading her hospital teams to achieve the first CQC Outstanding rating for an Independent Healthcare provider of acute surgical services. She has a passion for patient safety and individualised and patient-focused care.
Jonathan Rolls, Operations Director
Jon has over 30 years of experience in health and wellbeing service management which includes a variety of management roles with Nuffield Health. Jon is a sports science graduate, a former Operations Director for Nuffield’s corporate wellbeing services and prior to his current role was the Project Manager for the new hospital.
Joe Carey, Sales and Services Manager
Joe has spent his career within the healthcare sector, gaining experience in a number of patient-facing and back office roles in both the public and private sectors before entering the exciting world of hospital business development, marketing, and patient/referrer/consultant relations. Joe is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care to all patients, from the start to the end of their journey with us, and is always keen to hear from our patients so we may constantly improve and develop our services to meet the highest expectations.
