On arriving at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital our welcoming reception staff are there to reassure and comfort you and direct you to where you need to be. If you are being admitted for your surgery, you will be personally escorted to your room by a member of the admissions team so you and your visitors know exactly where you will be whilst you are with us.
Our Matron-led system means you will be guided and supported through every stage of your treatment at Ipswich Hospital - from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, Matron will be looking out for you. If you feel you would like further discussion or guidance before making a decision, please do contact us. We could also arrange for you to visit the hospital to meet members of our nursing staff and have a look around our spotlessly clean, private facilities, if that would be helpful. If you have any special requests before coming to stay, you need only let us know and we’ll do our very best to meet your needs.
