My holistic approach to training incorporates learning and mastering new movements that can stimulate connections between the brain and body. Sessions with me include a variety of practices such as weight training, yoga, boxing and gymnastics that will make you stronger, fitter and more mobile whilst learning new skills. My goal is to help you associate training with having fun and hitting your fitness goals and the body composition improvements you will also achieve will be a welcome bonus.
