Adam's coaching experience spans a variety of sports including canoeing and Olympic Handball. He has run exercise classes for arthritis sufferers and those with disabilities. After performing an in depth consultation with you, Adam might use functional training, sport psychology, strength and conditioning techniques, or any combination of his wide range of skills adapted to your needs, to help you achieve your goals.

With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, Sarah has helped clients improve various aspects of their fitness. She enjoys taking clients through resistance programmes and seeing the results they achieve.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, there is no better feeling for me than helping someone reach their goals, anything from dropping a dress size to running an ironman, I feel my background in athletics and football help me gauge the best programme for each individual’s needs.
I really enjoy the two extremes of exercise, I enjoy using weights for strength and/or weight loss; circuit training is something I find the best to help gain cardiovascular fitness and toning.
