How can i help you improve your health?

Growing up in Germany, sports and fitness have always been important parts of my life. I practice several sports myself and, as a personal trainer, want to share my passion for fitness with everyone I work with. My level 4 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Qualification has provided me with the knowledge and awareness necessary to help my clients reach their health and fitness goals. As an aspiring physiotherapist I see health and wellbeing as integral parts of training and fitness. The individual needs and goals of my clients are my foremost considerations when compiling their training plans. I am dedicated to providing a fun and exciting experience that will leave my clients feeling confident and empowered.

Adam's coaching experience spans a variety of sports including canoeing and Olympic Handball.  He has run exercise classes for arthritis sufferers and those with disabilities.  After performing an in depth consultation with you, Adam might use functional training, sport psychology, strength and conditioning techniques, or any combination of his wide range of skills adapted to your needs, to help you achieve your goals.

How can i help you improve your health?

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, there is no better feeling for me than helping someone reach their goals, anything from dropping a dress size to running an ironman, I feel my background in athletics and football  help me gauge the best programme for each individual’s needs.

I really enjoy the two extremes of exercise, I enjoy using weights for strength and/or weight loss; circuit training is something I find the best to help gain cardiovascular fitness and toning.

How can i help you improve your health?

I am a Senior Trainer at Nuffield Health and have worked in England and New Zealand as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach for 6 years, Training both professional athletes and the general public. My MSc in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics has given me an incredible depth of knowledge and a unique approach with my clients. As well as having expertise in injury rehabilitation from ACL reconstruction to hip replacements, I have a great deal of experience with diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. All of which has allowed me to alleviate chronic back pain through precise training and soft tissue release/massage. Being a former semi-professional rugby union player myself, a great focus of my training and experience is spent dealing with strength, hypertrophy (muscle gain), speed and fitness drills. I’m also a Olympic Lifting Coach
