How can I help you improve your health?

With extensive experience and knowledge in the fitness industry and with the use of CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) I can help you with your physical wellbeing as well as your emotional wellbeing when it comes to training. Specializing in Pre and Post Natal exercise and Nutrition, I can guide you throughout your pre-pregnancy, to your trimesters all the way to your post-natal phase. Using programming considerations for female physiology, I will tailor our sessions to your needs.

I am also proficient in 1-to-1 knowledge of Sprint Training and can tailor a nutrition plan for your sports-specific program.

How can I help you improve your health?

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, there is no better feeling for me than helping someone reach their goals, anything from dropping a dress size to running an ironman, I feel my background in athletics and football help me gauge the best programme for each individual’s needs.

I really enjoy the two extremes of exercise, I enjoy using weights for strength and/or weight loss; circuit training is something I find the best to help gain cardiovascular fitness and toning.

I'm a keen fitness practitioner with experience in dance, yoga and Pilates. I also particularly enjoy weights, cardio and flexibility training which have helped me in my journey of transformation to a healthy lifestyle. I am a Senior Trainer at Nuffield Health and have worked in England and New Zealand as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach for 6 years, training both professional athletes and the general public. My MSc in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics has given me an incredible depth of knowledge and a unique approach with my clients. As well as having expertise in injury rehabilitation from ACL reconstruction to hip replacements, I have a great deal of experience with diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. All of which has allowed me to alleviate chronic back pain through precise training and soft tissue release/massage. Being a former semi-professional rugby union player myself, a great focus of my training and experience is spent dealing with strength, hypertrophy (muscle gain), speed and fitness drills.
