Specializing in Pre and Post Natal exercise and Nutrition, I can guide you throughout your pre-pregnancy, to your trimesters all the way to your post-natal phase. Using programming considerations for female physiology, I will tailor our sessions to your needs.
I am also proficient in 1-to-1 knowledge of Sprint Training and can tailor a nutrition plan for your sports-specific program.
