I work with male and female clients of all ages, with the aim of helping them achieve their goals. Whether that’s weight loss, weightlifting, or just generally keeping healthy and fit!

I especially enjoy helping people who are new to training to become more confident and comfortable within the gym environment.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am passionate and enthusiastic about helping people to be a better version of themselves. I believe that fitness should be fun , exciting and enjoyable as-well as challenging . My Fitness sessions can be personalised to meet your needs. I can offer a creative way to achieve your goals. Whether it’s 1:1 on the gym floor , 1:1 Zumba , Strong by Zumba, Kettlebells, Box-fit in the studio or sessions in the pool .

I love working with people with a range of fitness requirements; for example hypermobilty, Parkinson’s,  joint pain or other injuries . My aim would be to help people realise that they can train their body to work for them rather than against them . 

Having struggled with my weight and lack of confidence in the past I started my health and fitness journey in order to improve this and prove to myself what I could achieve.  I understand how scary it can be to walk into the gym at first and I will be there to encourage and support you every step of the journey .

The time you spend in the gym should not only be fun and exciting, but it should also make you feel more able and happy in everything else you do in your day to day life.

Fitness is something that can be enjoyed by everyone, it is just about finding what suits you.

I like to think outside the box to put together training programmes that are varied. I like to help challenge and motivate each individual, giving them the opportunity to try different approaches to their workouts.

My background is in dance, so I have a large amount of experience in core work, posture and flexibility.

Whether you are starting out on your fitness journey, working towards a specific goal or just want to change things up, I am here to help!
