As a personal trainer, my goal is to empower and educate my clients, regardless of their experience. From coaching elite athletes and personal clients, I have learned that everybody requires some guidance. In fact, my own personal fitness journey has had its setbacks, but I am grateful for those barriers as I have learned so much more about myself and what I can do. Deciding to invest in myself has honestly been the best decision I’ve ever made, and I recommend it to anyone. My only regret was not having a coach to help me progress sooner.
With 1-2-1 personal training, you will have me (TJ) alongside you. Here I will be able to give demonstrations of each exercise, provide detailed programming up to 12 weeks long, provide expert coaching, monitoring, and adapt key areas in your training/nutrition to maximise your chances for success. And as my client, you will also have direct access to ask me questions and learn from my experiences with an overwhelming number of benefits to achieve your goals.
