How can I help you improve your health?

With 1-2-1 personal training you will have me by your side to help you every step of the way. Here I will be able to show you how to do each exercise and ensure you continue to do it in the most beneficial way. I will provide a detailed, efficient and simple to follow training plan that is best suited to your goals and needs! I focus on weight loss, strength training and muscle gain as well as providing support and guidance on nutrition. I believe training should be enjoyable as well as beneficial so will do everything I can to tailor a program that will not only support your goals but also boost your mood, not dampen it! Having had personal experiences with weight loss and shoulder injuries myself I'm keen to help with both where I can. If any of this sounds suited to you, please do come and see me on the gym floor, book online or at reception!

How can I help you improve your health?

As a personal trainer, my goal is to empower and educate my clients, regardless of their experience. From coaching elite athletes and personal clients, I have learned that everybody requires some guidance. In fact, my own personal fitness journey has had its setbacks, but I am grateful for those barriers as I have learned so much more about myself and what I can do. Deciding to invest in myself has honestly been the best decision I’ve ever made, and I recommend it to anyone. My only regret was not having a coach to help me progress sooner.

With 1-2-1 personal training, you will have me (TJ) alongside you. Here I will be able to give demonstrations of each exercise, provide detailed programming up to 12 weeks long, provide expert coaching, monitoring, and adapt key areas in your training/nutrition to maximise your chances for success. And as my client, you will also have direct access to ask me questions and learn from my experiences with an overwhelming number of benefits to achieve your goals.
