I work with male and female clients of all ages, with the aim of helping them achieve their goals. Whether that’s weight loss, weightlifting, or just generally keeping healthy and fit!

I especially enjoy helping people who are new to training to become more confident and comfortable within the gym environment.

Whether you are a “weekend warrior” or an aspiring athlete I can help you equally to achieve your performance potential or personal sporting and lifestyle goals.

My background lies in track and field, so I have a wealth of experience in total body conditioning, plyometrics and core strength and stability, as well as sport/event specific training.

I am also a registered associate nutritionist and I am passionate about promoting a healthy relationship with food and exercise – whether you’re looking to find the right holistic balance for fuelling specific training/sporting demands, looking to eat more sustainably or simply for new recipe ideas for those mundane midweek meals, I can provide tailored and personalised advice to meet your needs.
