How can i help you improve your health?

"I have a strong belief that optimum fitness, whatever that may mean for you, can only be achieved when we have balance. So my focus when training individuals is to firstly get the body functioning optimally by ensuring there is mobility and stability around the joints. Once this is achieved, strength, cardiovascular fitness, speed and power can all be developed to ultimately achieve your goal and keep you fit for life.

I teach a range of classes including Pilates, Spin, Les Mills Grit, HIIT and Circuits which I absolutely love.

I get a real buzz off a class environment where everyone comes together and pushes themselves as hard as they can. Alternatively, it’s so rewarding when I see peoples quality of life change through improved posture and mobility.  


Whatever your goal, whether that may be freeing the body from aches and pains or weight loss and toning, I can help you. All I ask is for your commitment and passion to make the change. Don’t be nervous or worried; just get in touch and start."

"Coming from a sporting background I have always been fascinated and committed to the science of body composition, strength and conditioning. To get where you want to be, you need to know where you are. You need a measurable goal, a route and method to reach that goal and finally the conviction and motivation to achieve it. However one of the most important things I have learned is that no one can reach optimum performance alone; your chances of success are exponentially amplified if you have a strong supporting structure behind you – and providing this structure is exactly what I do best. In addition to your overseeing your training and programming, I provide precision nutrition management that eliminates any and all guesswork on your part.

As a personal trainer I pride myself on getting a very specific job done, and that is to ensure you achieve your own unique version of improved health, fitness and/or physical appearance. My sessions are fun but tough; I demand a lot from my clients both physically and me."

I have had experience in training a wide variety of people. Whether your focus is weight loss, re-definition, increased fitness or sports specific, I will totally commit myself towards helping you achieve your personal goals. With my training knowledge and expertise I will develop a focused, varied and individual exercise programme tailored to your specific health and fitness levels. The training philosophy I follow with all my clients is keep it simple, motivating and fun however ensure it is appropriate to their goal."

How can i help you improve your health?

"Born and raised in Newcastle Upon Tyne, I then moved to Jersey in 2008 where I lived until 2015. I spent the last few years in Jersey as a Commercial Scuba Diver, diving for Scallops. I then decided to hang up my dive boots and move back to the UK to become a personal trainer.  

I have always been extremely passionate about health and fitness, playing numerous sports throughout my teens, and then playing a lot of football in Jersey throughout my 20’s. My aim is to get as many people active as possible and keep them motivated to continue training. 

I will work with you on all aspects of training, from strength training to improving your cardiovascular system, so please do come and speak to me at any time with any questions you may have."
