I have been sporty from a young age
and have taken part in various disciplines ranging from the 100m Sprint to
Horse Riding but it was at university where I found my true passion - the
a frequent gym goer or complete workout newbie, I will be able to help you
reach your goals. I will work with you to create a tailored plan which is
enjoyable, progressive and most importantly is sustainable so that you can feel healthy,
happy and strong.
