Graduating in Exercise, Nutrition and Health from Kingston University has given me an exceptional knowledge and understanding regarding the body, performance and nutrition. Further to this, calisthenics and boxing are particular passions of mine and are both huge influencers on my fitness goals.

I value diverse training which encompasses a mixture of resistance training including bodyweight, weights and plyometric as well as endurance performance not only to reach aspiring goals but to reap enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment after each session.

How can i help you improve your health?

My ultimate passion has always been for improving not only my own health and wellbeing, but of those around me. Because of this, I recently made the decision to transfer from my technical background of engineering into the fitness industry as a personal trainer.
My personal training style is based upon bodybuilding and strength training techniques, understanding the principles of changing body composition; encouraging fat loss and building lean muscle. If you would like to work with me then we would apply these principles to create structured, time-based and tailored programmes to achieve your goals. We will incorporate approaches such as strength and conditioning, muscular endurance and high intensity interval training. I will also offer nutritional and lifestyle guidance and continual support alongside your training programme.

Fifteen years working within the fitness industry has helped develop my knowledge, enhance my ability and broaden my skill set as a Personal Trainer. I have trained a wide variety of clients; helping them to achieve their goals and progress beyond their expectations. I am still as passionate about Health and Fitness as I was when I first started Personal Training. My aim is to share this passion with my clients and use it to motivate them to become Healthier, Stronger and Fitter.

Throughout my life, fitness has been my main focus. I started martial arts from the age of 7 and by the time I was 14 I competed for the my national team . I travelled the world competing which lead to my career as a personal trainer across the world. I am personally committed to each individual I train. I not only want to see the best results from them but I also love to see a change in their MIND. With this new healthy and active lifestyle my clients soon realize goals that they never thought they would be able to achieve. Throughout my sessions I carefully design programs which focus on cardio and strength whilst incorporating Muay Thai and boxing. You can punch, kick and uppercut whilst burning calories and building strength.

I understood that the future of my health was dependant on my decisions, so I made the decision to put my mind and all efforts towards healing myself.
