How can I help you improve your health?

I have been sporty from a young age and have taken part in various disciplines ranging from the 100m Sprint to Horse Riding but it was at university where I found my true passion - the Gym! Whether you’re a frequent gym goer or complete workout newbie, I will be able to help you reach your goals. I will work with you to create a tailored plan which is enjoyable, progressive and most importantly is sustainable so that you can feel healthy, happy and strong.

How can I help you improve your health?

I will help you to understand how to take control over your own training and nutrition which can be achieved in many different ways. If you have barriers or any obstacles that prevent you achieving your potential, then I will work to give you advice and structure your training accordingly. I have played rugby since I was 8 years old which gave me the initial passion to work within the fitness industry and I really enjoy seeing my clients gain confidence in their own ability. My specific field of training will mostly be focused around strength with good form and then adding elements of conditioning such as speed, endurance, power, plyometrics and biomechanics assessments.

Fifteen years working within the fitness industry has helped develop my knowledge, enhance my ability and broaden my skill set as a Personal Trainer. I have trained a wide variety of clients; helping them to achieve their goals and progress beyond their expectations. I am still as passionate about Health and Fitness as I was when I first started Personal Training. My aim is to share this passion with my clients and use it to motivate them to become Healthier, Stronger and Fitter.

From an early age my lifestyle has revolved around a love of fitness and I have been fortunate enough to perform at a high level in a number of different sports. However, it wasn’t until I entered the gym that I found a true passion that exceeded any sport I had partaken in before. My motivation to train and teach others has taken me all over the country helping various individuals achieve their specific goals. I specialise in weight loss transformation and strength and conditioning training. Having developed my knowledge overtime I have noticed the profound effect that the mind has over the body. As such, my goal is to demonstrate how you can not only develop your physical ability and appearance but can also use the mental skills you will learn in order to overcome obstacles not only inside but outside the gym.

My aim is to provide my clients with a great service throughout, ensuring that the sessions are not only enjoyable but also extremely productive. This will result in you coming away feeling accomplished and, just as importantly, with a smile on your face!
