Tereza is our Pre and Post Natal expert here at Surbiton, and leads the way in teaching our new and expectant mothers how best to keep up their fitness. Her knowledge is unparalleled and keeps both mum and baby safe throughout pregnancy. As well as using her knowledge of fitness as a whole to benefit the rest of her client base
