Graduating in Exercise, Nutrition and Health from Kingston University has given me an exceptional knowledge and understanding regarding the body, performance and nutrition. Further to this, calisthenics and boxing are particular passions of mine and are both huge influencers on my fitness goals.
I value diverse training which encompasses a mixture of resistance training including bodyweight, weights and plyometric as well as endurance performance not only to reach aspiring goals but to reap enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment after each session.
