How can i help you improve your health?
ultimate passion has always been for improving not only my own health and
wellbeing, but of those around me. Because of this, I recently made the
decision to transfer from my technical background of engineering into the
fitness industry as a personal trainer.
My personal training style is based upon bodybuilding and strength training techniques, understanding the principles of changing body composition; encouraging fat loss and building lean muscle. If you would like to work with me then we would apply these principles to create structured, time-based and tailored programmes to achieve your goals. We will incorporate approaches such as strength and conditioning, muscular endurance and high intensity interval training. I will also offer nutritional and lifestyle guidance and continual support alongside your training programme.
