My Sports Science degree has allowed me to explore all things fitness, health and exercise varying from exercise physiology to biomechanics to sports nutrition.

My main discipline is nutrition and its application in improving body composition, sport/fitness performance and or overall health. I strongly believe that educating and helping people understand the science, creates greater adherence and motivation to both a training or nutritional plan. It’s not only about what we eat, but also about when we eat and making sure it is appropriate for our training and own personal goals.

I want to make a difference and play a role in improving the lives of those who want the help.

Having lived a commuter lifestyle for many years, I know how difficult it is to balance maintaining an active and healthy life with a busy work schedule. I also specialise in pre and post natal exercise and thoroughly enjoy helping women through this unique, but sometimes daunting time. No two people have the same experience during or after pregnancy, and I will work with you to plan tailored sessions which will address your specific needs, whichever stage of pregnancy you are in.
