Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Jemmah started working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS from 2014-2018 working with patients referred from both GP’s and Consultants to achieve their goals.

As a keen sportswomen Jem has also experienced injuries herself, so she can relate to her patients when they are unable to participate fully in their hobbies.

Jem’s passion lies in rehabilitation of sporting injuries and is keen to get patients back doing what they love.

How can I help you improve your health?

Katie has a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University in Newcastle. She worked in Newcastle hospitals in a range of departments including orthopaedic rehabilitation, medicine and musculoskeletal outpatients. She then moved home to London and worked in Bedfordshire specialising in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions referred by GPs.

Katie’s passion lies in exercise rehabilitation. She enjoys strength training in the gym, practicing yoga and enjoys applying these concepts to rehabilitating her patients.

How can I help you improve your health?

Karla qualified in 2006 and she started her career in the NHS gaining a wide variety of experience in different clinical specialities before completing her masters in advanced MSK physiotherapy and moving into the private sector.

Karla particularly enjoys treating the spine and also has an interest in treating golf biomechanics and injuries, and has worked with professional golfers. She has also worked in rugby and enjoys rehabilitating sports injuries and lower limb issues.

More recently Karla has started treating women’s health patients including antenatal and postnatal ladies. Karla is qualified teacher in APPI Pilates and is a Mummy MOT practitioner

Ebrahim has more than six years of experience in both the NHS and Private Sector. He is an enthusiastic and friendly individual, keen on getting patients better. Ebrahim has worked all over the UK, from clinics to hospitals, with patients referred both by GPs and consultants including pre- and post-surgery rehab.

Ebrahim has a special interest in the shoulder, complex and upper limb injuries. He uses a multitude of interventions to aide the road to recovery for his patients, including sports specific rehab, manual therapy, taping, acupuncture, electrotherapy and more.

How can I help you improve your health?

Clare qualified in 1998 and worked for 6 years in the NHS, gaining a wide variety of experience in different clinical specialities. She travelled to Australia where she worked alongside world renowned specialists in low back pain and completed and published research investigating sitting postures. Since returning from Australia in 2004, Clare has worked privately in many specialists centres. For the last 11 years she has split her time between lecturing Physiotherapists at university and her clinical work.

Alongside the hours she does at Nuffield, Clare works at Bedfordshire University as the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Course Co-ordinator 

Clare is qualified teacher in APPI Pilates and enjoys managing long-standing pain conditions.

James has a BSc honours degree in sports therapy and subsequently studied at the University of Brighton were he gained a masters level degree in Physiotherapy. James is also currently studying modules at the University of Herefordshire towards a post-registration diploma.

Between 2013- 2017 James predominantly worked in the NHS in musculoskeletal physiotherapy outpatient departments and between 2014-2017 as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist. This involved seeing patients referred via their GP practice with a wide range of expectations, needs and medical conditions. Additionally, James has worked privately in North London treating a varied caseload involving orthopaedic/ occupational health clients.

James’s passion lies in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries with a further interest in pain science. He has an individualised approach to his assessment and management of his patients empowering them to meet their goals.
