I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2017 and a wide range of experience with different styles of clients. I enjoy playing rugby and have competed in men's physique shows. I had shoulder surgery and have gone through rehab, so have a great understanding of training with low intensity to bring you back up to your best ability, whatever your goal. I specialise in toning and aesthetic fitness, but also enjoy training people for events and sports specific training. Come and find me on the gym floor and find out more.
