By working on building and progressing from a strong foundation, Cedi's primary focus is to help increase relative strength which can be utilised in all activities, which in turn will lead to lean muscle gain and fat loss. Cedi will work to find the training that suits you, to create healthy training habits to help achieve your fitness goals.
