How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2017 and a wide range of experience with different styles of clients. I enjoy playing rugby and have competed in men's physique shows. I had shoulder surgery and have gone through rehab, so have a great understanding of training with low intensity to bring you back up to your best ability, whatever your goal. I specialise in toning and aesthetic fitness, but also enjoy training people for events and sports specific training. Come and find me on the gym floor and find out more.

How can I help you improve your health?

Peyman likes to mix a number of training methods together to get his clients the results they want to achieve. Resistance training  forms the basis of all his sessions to improve strength and change body shape. Peyman also adds functional training to improve cardio fitness and add variety to his sessions.

With a keen interest and in depth understanding of nutrition, Jen is able to provide a clear and helpful approach to both diet and fitness.  Her training sessions are always adapted to meet the clients specific goals - whether these are related to diet intolerences, fitness levels or confidence. By currently training as a fitness competitor, Jen is able to demonstrate a constant level of discipline, dedication and hard work, which is ultimately reflected through her approach to personal training.

Alex takes fitness and nutrition seriously and is always looking to improve his clients ability to achieve their goals inside and out of the gym. Alex's training methods are based around both his martial arts experience and in preparing himself for the Army military fitness tests. These skills help Alex to to create a balanced diet and training programme for each individual client.
