I believe that the main benefit of fitness is that it makes everything in life easier, and more enjoyable. I know that most people struggle to find the time and energy for exercise because they have jobs, families and busy lives, so I aim to keep things simple and effective so that you see progress and can get on with your life! You can be stronger, fitter, healthier and happier than you believe. My job is to help you get there. I’ve also learned the hard way that you cannot outwork bad eating habits. That’s why I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and include nutritional analysis and coaching for all my clients who want it.

How can i help you improve your health?

Jack is currently pursuing a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Coventry University, whilst also assisting the performance staff at Wasps Rugby Club and University of Birmingham. You will usually find him teaching weekly Bootcamp and Circuit classes, or putting people through a tough workout on the gym floor. He offers an evidence-based and scientifically-approved method to improve health, fitness and athletic performance qualities. If you have never set foot in a gym before, or if you are a competitive athlete, you can be assured to train efficiently, effectively and safely under his care.

I believe I can improve your health by fuelling you with positivity and encouragement. I have been working in fitness for a while now and I believe exercise should be fun and enjoyable. The more you enjoy it the more likelihood of you wanting to achieve your goals. I have previously worked in football for Aston Villa combining football and fitness; my two favourite things.
