Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

I graduated with BSc honors in Physiotherapy from the University of Bari (Italy) in 2008, following graduation, I have worked in Italy for many years within private sector and professional rugby.

After relocating in the UK, I gained further experience in the NHS and in the private sector carrying out workplace assessments. My main interest is in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, while keeping up to date with the latest evidence practice and research.

I have also undertaken postgraduate courses in manual therapy and exercise prescription.

How can I help you improve your health?

Since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2010 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy Laura decided to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has always worked within the private sector specialising in deep soft tissue massage, manipulation, strength and conditioning and biomechanics. Her extended qualifications are injection therapy and acupuncture.

In Laura's personal life she is a keen sportswoman, her main hobby is hockey therefore she understands the frustration when injuries occur and strives to get patients’ back to their desired activity as soon as possible.
