Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Connor is a senior physiotherapist who specialises in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University and a BSc in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Dundee, with further training through the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine. Alongside this role, Connor works in intensive care and orthopaedics at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, the largest provider of knee and hip replacements in the United Kingdom.

Connor's experience includes the management of private and NHS musculoskeletal clinics, professional sport, orthopaedic and cardiothoracic rehabilitation, neurological and elderly rehabilitation, rheumatology and hydrotherapy, and respiratory care.

This breadth of experience means Connor is equipped to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions, using evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and self-management strategies to support patients' recovery and long-term wellbeing."
