Welcome to Nuffield Health – Let’s talk about fitness! What are your interests; weight loss, improved fitness, strength training? If so, I am the trainer for you. I have an extensive knowledge of strength and fitness training backed by broad background of rugby union, athletics and football. I’m hardworking and motivated to help get you to be where you want. I work with all fitness abilities, shapes and sizes – so forget the excuses and get in touch today!

Would you like to improve your physical health and fitness goals by performing more effective workouts? I specialise in conditioning, weight loss and improving flexibility and agility.

I focus on clients' wellbeing by empowering them with knowledge, skills and support with guided fitness programmes, which help them take their fitness goals to the next level.

With a strong base in karate and kick boxing, I became a lifelong student of combat sports and strength and conditioning. These are the tools I use to help my clients get faster, stronger and build muscular endurance so they can perform better and avoid injuries.

I have a strong background within football both playing and coaching. My background extends to working as the academy strength and conditioning coach for both category 1 academies (Crystal Palace and Fulham) along with working with the Fordham university (New York) men’s football team. With this experience I can effectively abs efficiently plan/program for you to achieve your sporting goals.

One of my strengths as a trainer is helping clients with rehabilitation from previous injures, getting them back to full fitness.
