interests; weight loss, improved fitness, strength training? If so, I am the
trainer for you. I have an extensive knowledge of strength and fitness training
backed by broad background of rugby union, athletics and football. I’m
hardworking and motivated to help get you to be where you want. I work with all
fitness abilities, shapes and sizes – so forget the excuses and get in touch
