I’ve been into health and fitness for over 5 years having previously worked as a gymnastics instructor and for the NHS. I’m currently studying Health and Exercise Science (BSc) at St Mary’s University which has provided me with a wide range of knowledge on human anatomy and an understanding on nutrition for good health. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a quick-fix, and it is the most powerful tool that we have against preventing disease.
