As a former career soldier I have a complete grasp of how to get people fit for whatever may lay ahead of them. I am also a British Powerlifting Federation accredited coach, with a track history of training champion power lifters – come and see me for a free taster session and let’s get fitter, stronger and ready for the next challenge in life!
