Having a history in dance, fitness has always been a big part of my life. I’m an incredibly motivated individual who wants to help people achieve their full potential. I use the gym to make myself feel empowered and I want to pass that feeling onto people, by sharing my knowledge and support.

I have a personal background in athletics, especially sprinting and this has led me to have a keen interest in strength training. By applying my background knowledge I have been able to help my clients to increase their strength, confidence and happiness.
