How can I help you improve your health?

I’ve always felt the need to challenge myself physically and mentally, resulting in a passion for training, good nutrition and physical improvement. Inevitably, I decided to make my hobby a career, knowing this would force me to make it my priority, with the added bonus of helping people. I enjoy helping people improve their physical fitness, wellbeing, strength and physique.

With experience in playing rugby for over 10 years of my life, and also training in Boxing and Thai boxing I offer effective and varied programmes, incorporating sports specific exercises and functional training, to keep the sessions interesting and motivating, but most importantly effective and fun for my clients.

In my opinion Aesthetics and functional exercise drills/circuits (HIIT Training) combined are most effective for building muscle size and/or definition, whilst burning fat, not mention getting you super fit without all the long boring cardio sessions! Functional training also facilitates injury prevention and postural improvement, which are added benefits to also achieving a great physique. I can help you increase muscle mass and/or definition and reduce body fat very efficiently. If you want to achieve an athletic body that looks great and feels even better, whilst enjoying your training, I have the programme for you.

Exercise has always been a part of Louise's life where hard work and dedication enabled her to achieve her goals as a professional dancer & work in some World Class shows such as the Lido and MoulinRouge in Paris.

Louise trains her clients in all fields such as, weight loss, nutrition, cardio vascular, muscular strength and toning, core strength and flexibility, studio based exercises such as circuits and dance moves.

With her knowledge and expertise of the fitness industry, she wants her clients to achieve their goals too, and show them that anything is achievable with encouragement, discipline and dedication.

I have graduated from University with a BSc in Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health which means that I can train you using a variety of exercise methods which facilitate different health outcomes e.g. weight loss, muscular growth.

I specialise in strength training for females of all ages; I can help you to shape your figure, tone and target 'problem areas' and gain more functional strength which will aid your day to day life.

I have graduated Leeds Beckett with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Therapy, combining this with a Level 3 Personal Training qualification I have an in depth knowledge about exercise and how we can work to adapt the body in many different ways. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and making sure they enjoy themselves on the way!  

With a background in rehabilitation I am able to adapt and individualize training to aid any new or long term injuries ensuring you are exercising comfortably.
