How can I help you improve your health?
I’ve always felt the need to challenge myself physically and mentally, resulting in a passion for training, good nutrition and physical improvement. Inevitably, I decided to make my hobby a career, knowing this would force me to make it my priority, with the added bonus of helping people. I enjoy helping people improve their physical fitness, wellbeing, strength and physique.
With experience in playing rugby for over 10 years of my life, and also training in Boxing and Thai boxing I offer effective and varied programmes, incorporating sports specific exercises and functional training, to keep the sessions interesting and motivating, but most importantly effective and fun for my clients.
In my opinion Aesthetics and functional exercise drills/circuits (HIIT Training) combined are most effective for building muscle size and/or definition, whilst burning fat, not mention getting you super fit without all the long boring cardio sessions! Functional training also facilitates injury prevention and postural improvement, which are added benefits to also achieving a great physique. I can help you increase muscle mass and/or definition and reduce body fat very efficiently. If you want to achieve an athletic body that looks great and feels even better, whilst enjoying your training, I have the programme for you.
