Confidence and comfort are two main aspects of training that Hannah puts focus on, she likes to ensure you feel both so you can be happy with your training.

Having a Degree in Biomedical Science with Anatomy gives Hannah a deeper understanding of the human body and provides the knowledge to be able to take clients the extra mile. Hannah also specialises in injury rehabilitation so can support you during recovery and help you return to normal fitness and beyond.
