Max wants to improve people’s lives through fitness. He studied at the University of Glasgow, gaining an undergraduate degree in Physiology and a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science & Medicine. This allows Max to deliver high-quality, evidence-based training. Max has a wealth of experience in the gym, a decade of martial arts and gymnastics training, and experience working with boxers and kickboxers of all levels. How can I help you improve your health?

  • Larissa has an undergraduate degree in Sports Science from The University of Pretoria and an Honors degree in Biokinetics from The University of Witwatersrand, this gives her a greater understanding of the anatomy as well as the functional movement of the body, and uses this during evidence-based training accordingly. 
  • Larissa loves doing functional strength training and incorporating cardiovascular exercises throughout her session, she also has a passion for rehabilitation exercises and would love to aid in your recovery to become stronger than you were before.
  • Larissa would love to help you make sustainable health choices and to form long-term habits.

Stuart prides himself on being able to build his clients confidence in the gym, he aims to educate his clients on how to implement lifestyle changes allowing them to reach their fitness goals.Stuart found his love of fitness at a young age after struggling with confidence himself, he decided to start weight training and has never looked back. He has played rugby and practiced jiu-jitsu for 10 years along with training in the gym so he has vast experience in implementing different training techniques.

  • Having completed an HND in fitness, health and exercise, Declan has a well rounded understanding of all components of fitness.
  • Declan specialises in fat loss, functional training, weight management and hypertrophy training.
  • Declan has a background in martial arts and often competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This experience allows him to implement a variety of training techniques including things like boxing and pad work.
