Clinical Pilates

Looking to regain strength, flexibility and greater joint mobility after a sporting injury or surgical procedure? At Glasgow Central Fitness & Wellbeing Gym, our expert physiotherapy team regularly host clinical Pilates sessions to get you back to your best.

GRIT™

A series of group exercise classes which combine short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery.
