Rio has a background in boxing and football and uses a range of skills in the delivery of sessions. He always try to make sessions engaging and fun for his clients while striving to help them reach their goals.

How can i help you improve your health?

Bugra has been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and in that time he has accumulated in depth knowledge and experience of functional training. He has unstilted this knowledge and experience to deliver programmed sessions for his client’s goals ranging from weight loss, body composition change, postural and injury correction, strength and conditioning, endurance and boxercise to help them navigate their own fitness journey.
