How can I help you improve your health?

I'm Sarah, a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. I am passionate about fitness for many reasons - largely because it makes me feel better. Not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. I have more energy, increased confidence and wellbeing from keeping active. I just feel better and want to help other people feel the same. I train people of all shapes, sizes, ages and levels of ability. I am friendly, supportive and nurturing and enjoy helping people get the most out of regular exercise.

Having recently recovered from a road accident – I understand how daunting it can be to start to exercise again after a long period of inactivity, or post injury. I can help with exercise for rehabilitation and assist on the road to recovery and wellbeing. Improving mental health and self-confidence is a key focus for me. I believe it is the most important thing physical exercise can give you.

I have experience of assisting people who were feeling daunted by doing exercise, recovering from injury and illness. Additionally training my menopausal clients is a passion of mine, helping women stay fit, active, and strong, supporting them with a confidence boost to get started.

I am passionate about helping people to achieve a happier, healthier, and more confident outlook.

Not only would a 1-2-1 change your body physically but also mentally, because as a trainer I don't only focus on the physical side, I also focus on the wellbeing of my client, creating a stronger mindset during my time with them. 

There will never be a dull session, I’ll cater around your goals and needs but will also use motivation to push you outside your comfort zone to get the best version of yourself.

How can I help you improve your health?

I believe we are all capable of achieving amazing results but sometimes life can get in the way and that goal we so badly want to accomplish can seem almost impossible to reach - that's where I come in!

I’m passionate about helping others reach their desired goals and full potential. My goal as your trainer will be to motivate you and help transform not only your body but your mindset, into a positive and more resilient one! 

I work mainly (but not exclusively) with females wanting to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. I will work with you to help overcome any barriers and challenges that you've faced in the past and aim to guide you on the right path to achieving the results you've always envisioned!

How can I help you improve your health?

I decided to become a personal trainer after originally being an athlete as I know how much a trainer can help you in your fitness journey and how they can keep you motivated and keep your sessions fun. Our sessions will always be fun and creative to help improve you both mentally and physically.

If you’re looking for help in increasing your strength or increasing your stamina and your overall fitness and wellbeing, I’m the person for you. I’ve been involved in the sport and fitness industry as an athlete in competitive swimming, competing for Great Britain in triathlon and participating in boxing. I have excellent knowledge of these sports and in both strength training and cardio training. I love seeing others progress and I thrive on helping others achieve their goals to maximise their full potential. I look forward to working with you.

As an ex-accountant, coming from a heavily sedentary job, I understand how it can affect the lifestyle, nutritional intake and overall wellbeing of my clients.

I made the change to work in the fitness industry with the focus to help others achieve their own goals through personalised plans, nutritional guidance and motivation. I have exceptional knowledge and experience having trained myself for years for mainly long endurance and stamina focused events, such as Open water swimming events, half marathons, marathons and aquathlons, I thrive off of people who want to challenge themselves.

Whether your goals are increasing endurance, building strength or stamina, building confidence or training for a big event, I am here to help you reach your goals with you!

Bugra has been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and in that time he has accumulated in depth knowledge and experience of functional training. He has unstilted this knowledge and experience to deliver programmed sessions for his client’s goals ranging from weight loss, body composition change, postural and injury correction, strength and conditioning, endurance and boxercise to help them navigate their own fitness journey.
