Since finding my passion for sport and fitness I've not looked back. I have since changed my lifestyle making nothing but healthier changes as well as pursue a career in fitness to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle and become a better version of themselves. As a personal trainer I try and help change people's vision of going to the gym by doing training sessions that are more attractive to each individual, making it enjoyable and challenging. Many people's views on the gym is running on a treadmill or weightlifting, I want to show that there is much much more to it and can be enjoyable too.
