Since finding my passion for sport and fitness I've not looked back. I have since changed my lifestyle making nothing but healthier changes as well as pursue a career in fitness to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle and become a better version of themselves. As a personal trainer I try and help change people's vision of going to the gym by doing training sessions that are more attractive to each individual, making it enjoyable and challenging. Many people's views on the gym is running on a treadmill or weightlifting, I want to show that there is much much more to it and can be enjoyable too.

I first fell in love with training as a teenager when I got into sports like martial arts and rock climbing. These sports made me become interested in the more functional side of fitness as I felt that training to be strong, fast, agile and having more endurance was a more interesting way to look at fitness rather than just the idea of being aesthetic. I can help you on your fitness journey by showing you new ways, to not only improve your health and fitness but also introduce an element of enjoyment that will allow you to carry on training in the long run.
