Since finding my passion for sport and fitness I've not looked back. I have since changed my lifestyle making nothing but healthier changes as well as pursue a career in fitness to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle and become a better version of themselves. As a personal trainer I try and help change people's vision of going to the gym by doing training sessions that are more attractive to each individual, making it enjoyable and challenging. Many people's views on the gym is running on a treadmill or weightlifting, I want to show that there is much much more to it and can be enjoyable too.

Having graduated from University with a masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I understand the impact exercise can have not just on our physical health but also our mental health and wellbeing. Using a tailored service integrating psychological practices and evidence-based techniques I am here to help you set and smash your goals!

I believe the hardest part of your fitness journey is having the confidence to walk through the doors into the gym. I have been involved in fitness and sport my whole life from the age of 8 playing football for Sheffield Wednesday academy where I moved on at the u16s to get a scholarship at Rotherham united, I then completed my level 2 and 3 personal training and b-tec in sport which gave me an eye to get into the fitness industry and I haven’t looked back since. When you start your personal training journey with me, my attention is all yours, we will always focus on improving from the previous session and tracking progression in order for me to help you achieve your goals while pushing you to better every session and give you comprehensive personalized workouts to take your solo work in the gym to another level, keeping it diverse.
