I am very interested in the research of sports science and use this to help support clients throughout their development and the implementation of their lifestyle. I work with clients to help gain strength increases alongside building muscle mass through strength and conditioning and general strength work. I am very passionate about sport and physical development and show that I care in supporting people to achieve their overall goals through fun, motivating sessions.

My main skills revolve around weight loss and mobility. Through range of movement, we can increase strength and length of movement. I also teach kickboxing to get your fitness levels up through a fun and interactive way, learning how to punch and kick can help massively with all the things above.

From a young age, Sam has always been heavily involved with sport and fitness. He started training in the gym three years ago to help enhance his physique and gain some much needed weight. 

He started his journey at 55kg, 6ft tall and not very strong! T
