I am very interested in the research of sports science and use this to help support clients throughout their development and the implementation of their lifestyle. I work with clients to help gain strength increases alongside building muscle mass through strength and conditioning and general strength work. I am very passionate about sport and physical development and show that I care in supporting people to achieve their overall goals through fun, motivating sessions.

With a previous background in professional sport, I have a passion for strength training but also have the ability to cater you through sessions and target specific goals whether that be to help build muscle or just be generally fitter.

I believe that fun comes first in terms of fitness. I can help you to find the fun in exercising but still working hard to reach those goals.

I currently study Sport and Exercise Science and love to apply the science behind the training and research ways that would be best to achieve your goals with backed up evidence.
