Lazaros Gidakos

Lazaros not only has a passion for fitness, but a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals spanning seven years. A natural athlete, his love for fitness has led him to complete a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Exercise Rehabilitation. Lazaros will work with you to achieve safe, quick and lasting results with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, fitness, rehabilitation and full body transformations

Kayya's main aim is to help people feel physically and mentally optimal whilst promoting techniques which will enable you to maximize the use of exercise as a means of stress reduction. Kayya will help you to learn simple yet extremely effective practices to incorporate into your regime both inside and outside the gym as well as helping you to gain knowledge and provide ongoing support to help you achieve your physical goals. She hopes to encourage confidence and empowerment, relaxation, and most importantly help you to view your sessions as something you WANT to do, not something you HAVE to do.

From a young age, Sam has always been heavily involved with sport and fitness.  He started training in the gym 3 years ago to help enhance his physique and gain some much needed weight. He started my journey at 55kg, 6ft tall and not very strong! Throughout his training and studies, Sam has learnt the art of perfecting his physique with the use of different training strategies, tailored food consumption whilst continuously updating his exercise knowledge in different areas of weightlifting and functional fitness.
