He is able to apply a combination of exercises that will allow you to regain muscle strength and increase mobility. Tommy's work has been influenced by the greatest people in the rehabilitation and fitness industry, which allowed him to gain an understanding of muscle functions and movement patterns in particular.

As an Ex-professional boxer Liam understands the importance of being in top physical condition. Liam applys this to sessions with his clients through a combination of structured weight lifting programmes and moderate to high intensity cardio including boxing specific drills and techniques.

From a young age, Sam has always been heavily involved with sport and fitness.  He started training in the gym 3 years ago to help enhance his physique and gain some much needed weight. He started my journey at 55kg, 6ft tall and not very strong! Throughout his training and studies, Sam has learnt the art of perfecting his physique with the use of different training strategies, tailored food consumption whilst continuously updating his exercise knowledge in different areas of weightlifting and functional fitness.
