I specialise in building confidence and strength in weightlifting while reducing body fat, toning up and improving overall health.
I’m currently training for the CrossFit Open and bring this all-around approach into my coaching. I’ll help you build strength, improve cardiovascular health, support mobility, learn new skills and enjoy your training.
