How can I help you improve your health?

I have over 17 years of experience in the Sport and fitness industry and I loved every minute of it, I enjoy nothing more than passing on my experience and knowledge to helping others achieve their goals.

As a personal trainer I believe you should make the most of your time in the gym by making your workouts more productive and effective.

I have a strong sport background with competing in a multitude of different events. In Fitness I started competing in the European Musclemania competition and this were found my love for gym based fitness training.

I Specialise Body Transformations; Weight loss, Muscle gain, Strength and Conditioning. I am skilled in Weight Lifting, Basic Olympic Lifting, TRX, Cardio Boxing, HiTT, Circuit Training.

After training professionally in dance since the age of 11, Talisa believes that fitness is much more than lifting weights, holding planks and running on treadmills. Incorporating her dance background into her training, Talisa has found so many different ways to train the body and discover the benefits delivered interns of strength, tone and physique.

Everyone is unique and everyone’s workout should be tailored to suit their needs and not all people will be attracted to the generic gym experience. People want to be inspired and discover something new and Talisa feels that she brings that edge to her style of training. You will enjoy, whilst you improve and grow through your training.

Over the 10 years of my training career I have had the opportunity to work with experienced coaches and like-minded athletes from different disciplines such as Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, Strongman and American Football. Through my journey in fitness, I have gained the knowledge to help improve people’s lives.

Paying attention to people and asking the right questions to reveal their true motivations is my passion and favourite part of the job.

After acquiring your true motivation, I will put together a well-rounded plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Together we will focus on progression and tangible goal setting so that you can truly measure your progress with me, regardless if your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or strength gain.

Joseph is an enthusiastic and passionate personal trainer, with a love for boxing. Through his years of participating in boxing, Joseph is in a great position to deliver fun, intense and energetic sessions where boxing training can be incorporated, in correspondence to the client’s fitness goals.

Joseph believes that whether you want to test your fitness levels to the highest limit, learn a new skill, or simply vent off some anger, boxing is a great activity to get involved in.

Joseph’s other areas of expertise also include strength and conditioning and weight loss.
