I have over 17 years of experience in the Sport and fitness industry and I loved every minute of it, I enjoy nothing more than passing on my experience and knowledge to helping others achieve their goals.
As a personal trainer I believe you should make the most of your time in the gym by making your workouts more productive and effective.
I have a strong sport background with competing in a multitude of different events. In Fitness I started competing in the European Musclemania competition and this were found my love for gym based fitness training.
I Specialise Body Transformations; Weight loss, Muscle gain, Strength and Conditioning. I am skilled in Weight Lifting, Basic Olympic Lifting, TRX, Cardio Boxing, HiTT, Circuit Training.
