I have over 17 years of experience in the Sport and fitness industry and I loved every minute of it, I enjoy nothing more than passing on my experience and knowledge to helping others achieve their goals.

As a personal trainer I believe you should make the most of your time in the gym by making your workouts more productive and effective.

I have a strong sport background with competing in a multitude of different events. In Fitness I started competing in the European Musclemania competition and this were found my love for gym based fitness training.

I Specialise Body Transformations; Weight loss, Muscle gain, Strength and Conditioning. I am skilled in Weight Lifting, Basic Olympic Lifting, TRX, Cardio Boxing, HiTT, Circuit Training.

As both a personal trainer and registered nurse Alice believes in empowering people to take charge of their own wellbeing whilst making sustainable changes that will create lasting results.

Alice’s areas of expertise include strength and conditioning, weightlifting, weight loss and exercising with chronic conditions.

After training professionally in dance since the age of 11, Talisa believes that fitness is much more then lifting weights, holding planks and running on treadmills. Incorporating her dance background into her training, Talisa has found so many different ways to train the body and discover the benefits delivered interns of strength, tone and physique.
Everyone is unique and everyone’s work out should be tailored to suit their needs and not all people will be attracted to the generic gym experience. People want to be inspired and discover something new and Talisa feels that she brings that edge to her style of training. You will enjoy, whilst you improve and grow through your training.

Hisham has a personalized approach towards achieving your goals, with senior personal trainer status in Nuffield you can be assured you’re in the best hands. Having worked with office professionals, Hisham has applied his Pilates experience to strengthen the core, improve lower back stability, posture and reducing typical desk based joint aches and pain in the wrist, shoulder and lower back.

Hisham has worked with clients that are seeking weight loss and/or muscle gain, also works with sport athletes in running, cycling, football, golf, mixed martial arts just to name a few.

He uses resistant training to change body composition and to lower body fat percentage. Adding contemporary exercises to improve functional strength and ability catering to a specific sport. Hisham has helped clients take their first marathon, drop waist size and overcome injuries. With 13 years of exercise & sport experience he has a great teaching knowledge and worked with all ages, limitations & body types.
