I primarily help men to transform their body through reducing body fat, building strength and improving their general health without having to go on restrictive “pop culture” diets or give up on enjoying life. I do this through a purpose built program (The Modern Superman Method) which consists of a 6 Step System to guide your transformation in Body, Mind, Health and Performance.

Over the 10 years of my training career I have had the opportunity to work with experienced coaches and like-minded athletes from different disciplines such as Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, Strongman and American Football. Through my journey in fitness, I have gained the knowledge to help improve people’s lives.

Paying attention to people and asking the right questions to reveal their true motivations is my passion and favourite part of the job.

After acquiring your true motivation, I will put together a well-rounded plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.

With more than 10 years of training with Calisthenics I can Teach you how to master controlling your bodyweight to reach your fitness goals, whether you want to burn fat, build muscle or transition to complex exercises such as muscle ups. I will create simple and easy to follow exercise and diet plans to assist you in reaching your goals. I will motivate you and get rid of the common mental blocks, which commonly demotivate us. Say goodbye to procrastination. I personally believe training should be fun, so I will tailor and adapt each session so that you can enjoy yourself, whilst becoming the best version of yourself.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for sports. I have a football, combat sports and track and field background, but love to get stuck into almost any sport I can.

My role as a coach is to guide people through sustainable practices that foster better lifestyle choices to encourage the shift towards health, strength & longevity. I believe here at Nuffield that health, fitness and wellbeing are all individual aspects on the road to longevity. For most people, getting the balance right or finding where to start can be confusing and daunting.

On your fitness journey I will be there to support and push your progress in the direction of greatness through my adaptive personal programming & coaching focus on individual strengths and weaknesses.

Whether you are completely new to the gym/sports, have some experience but would like more guidance, or are an experienced athlete needing something extra to get to that next level. I'm here to help.

All my programs are individually tailored using different methods to specific needs and goals no matter where you are in your journey or what you have tried before. I genuinely want to help you to create lasting changes in your life. I have specialised in injury rehabilitation, so I can offer safe programs always focusing on proper techniques to get the most out of every session.
