With a background in sports coaching I take pride in dramatically improving my clients’ overall fitness levels. I use strength and conditioning techniques in addition to cardio vascular workouts to improve muscle tone whilst burning optimum levels of fat. My sessions are tough but enjoyable and will always leave you feeling satisfied and proud, as well as exhausted! As an active boxer and boxing coach I am continuously learning and implementing new routines and offer boxing pad work as part of my workouts. I believe when it comes to exercise, you get out what you put in. With that in mind I provide all the tools required, including additional workouts to do on your own, to allow you to achieve your personal goals.
