Active and healthy lifestyles are essential to improve and maintain health and wellbeing. I focus on a joined up approach where I work with my clients in order to achieve their goals. Throughout my life, I have been passionate about health and fitness, having participated competitively throughout school and university.
My personal gym knowledge partnered with my Sport and Exercise Science degree will ensure challenging but enjoyable sessions whilst providing continuous support and guidance.
