How can I help you improve your health?

One to one yoga gives us the opportunity to work on building your individual yoga practice. This can mean starting from scratch with all the fundamentals such as learning breath, as well as correct feet and hand positions or working on advancing your existing practice diving into poses you would like to progress. I'm here to help you understand your body and how poses can work for you. My aim is to help you grow your practice so you feel happy and confident in exploring yoga both independently and in group environments.
