Ellie is an amateur multisport athlete and multisport coach. She takes a holistic approach to all training with the understanding that everyone has a different starting point, different goals and different psychology.

This functional and problem solving approach has allowed Ellie to work with a whole range of clients to help them to achieve and exceed their goals.
