Mr Lieberman is a fertility and gynaecology Consultant at the Whittington Health NHS Trust, London and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London. At the Whittington Hospital, Mr Lieberman is the clinical lead and HFEA person responsible for fertility services.

Mr Lieberman undertook his undergraduate studies at St Andrews University and Manchester Medical School, qualifying in 1993.

His general obstetrics and gynaecology training was in North East London, and his sub-specialist training in reproductive medicine and surgery took place at Barts and The London. This means he is dually accredited in both general obstetrics and gynaecology as well as a fertility specialist.

Mr Lieberman is also accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians in both laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, gynaecological ultrasound and management of menopause.

Mr Lieberman has published peer-reviewed articles in gynaecology including gynaecological cancer and reproductive medicine.

Special interests

Investigation and treatment of sub-fertility including intra-uterine insemination, PCOS and ICSI.

Menstrual disorders (including day-case surgical treatment for heavy periods), pelvic pain, early pregnancy complications, menopause complications, gynaecological ultrasound, and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery (minimally invasive surgery).
