Dr Sam Davies is a practicing GP in both the NHS and private practice with a specialist interest in women's health and the menopause. She is passionate about ensuring women receive evidence based information to allow them to make choices about treatment to ensure their perimenopause and menopause does not adversely influence their quality of life.
Dr Davies graduated from Southampton University in 2005 and completed her GP training in Hampshire and North Yorkshire and now works as a GP Partner and GP trainer in a busy practice in Wiltshire.
Other interests
Additional areas of interest include, medical education. Dr Davies completed a Masters in Medical Education in 2019 and was awarded for her dissertation work on Feedback on Clinical Practice.
These skills integrate well into educating the next generation of health care professionals on all things menopause.
