Steve Gray, Chief Executive Officer
Steve took over the role of Nuffield Health Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2015. He previously led the development of the health and wellbeing services at both Lloyds Pharmacy and subsequently at AS Watson, where he was Healthcare Director.
Steve has over 40 years’ experience, with the past 25 years in management, working primarily within the healthcare sector, holding a number of leadership, commercial and operational positions.
Chris Blackwell-Frost, Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris is responsible for the future direction and longer term strategy for Nuffield Health.
He joined the organisation in April 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Originally a pharmacist by training, Chris brings with him experience in sales, clinical services development, strategic marketing, acquisitions and brand development. Previously, he has worked at Lloyds Pharmacy, AAH Pharmaceuticals and Celesio UK.
Karl de Bruijn, Chief Technology Officer
Karl joined Nuffield Health in 2021 as Chief Technology Officer to lead the digitisation of our health and wellbeing services.
Karl brings with him significant IT and transformation experience to drive this forward, having held roles including Chief Information Officer at Arcadia Group, IT Transformation Director at Primark and Global IT Director for Cath Kidston and Specsavers. He has also worked for Nationwide, Legal & General and Merrill Lynch.
Jenny Dillon, Chief Finance Officer
As Chief Finance Officer, Jenny is responsible for Finance, Procurement and Property for Nuffield Health.
She joined Nuffield Health in January 2018 from National Grid where she headed up the UK Finance Senior Leadership team and led the Finance Business Partnering teams that supported National Grid’s UK regulated businesses and activities. Prior to National Grid she held a number of senior finance roles at Central England Co-operative Society and in healthcare, working for Lloyds Pharmacy.
Jenny has a wealth of experience in strategic, commercial and operational finance and in leading large and geographically spread finance teams in highly regulated organisations.
Jane Garvey, Chief People Officer
Jane is responsible for developing our People & Organisational Development Strategy.
Jane brings over thirty years’ experience in leadership development, employee experience, executive coaching, and brand engagement. She has previously worked at Reckitt Benckiser, British Airways, BT, Bupa.
Amanda Lambert, Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Amanda leads our Customer function which includes development of our customer value proposition, our customer offerings, sales, marketing and digital.
Prior to joining Nuffield Health in 2021, Amanda held a number of senior sales and customer leadership roles including leading the customer and sales divisions for Hutchison 3G, the digital team at O2 and a variety of sales and marketing roles at Xerox. Amanda brings extensive experience of leading digital transformation in customer focussed organisations.
Caroline Smith, Chief Quality & Assurance Officer
Caroline has a wealth of industry experience spanning across a wide range of healthcare services. This relates to regulated and unregulated, outsourced services alongside the pharmaceutical industry and direct to the NHS. Prior to Nuffield Health, Caroline was a Partner at Management Solutions for Healthcare where she worked with Healthcare at Home, A.S. Watson and the Pennine Acute NHS Hospitals Trust.
