How it works

Step 1: Decide your Health Assessment and loan term.

Step 2: Apply for your loan online with Chrysalis Finance.

Step 3: Once you have signed your agreement with Chrysalis Finance, you will receive a confirmation email from Chrysalis Finance containing your order number. Once you have signed your agreement, please then call us on 03452302040 to directly arrange your appointment.

Step 4: Attend your Health Assessment at your chosen location.

FAQs

• What are the cancellation terms?
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than three full working days’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your Health Assessment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, or fail to attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your Health Assessment.
  • Please note: Chrysalis Finance loans cannot be used to pay cancellation or non-attendance fees. These fees must be paid directly to Nuffield Health.
  • If you have a Chrysalis Finance loan, we also recommend that you contact Chrysalis Finance to cancel your loan.
• Can additional purchases during my Health Assessment be added to my Chrysalis Finance loan?

  No, additional purchases during the Health Assessment (such as pathology tests) cannot be added to the loan amount. These must be paid directly to Nuffield Health in full at the end of your Health Assessment appointment.

• I am a gym member. Can I use Chrysalis Finance to book my Health Assessment?

  We are unable to process discounted Health Assessments through Chrysalis Finance currently. We expect this option to be available in early 2026.

• What payment plans are available?

  We work with Chrysalis Finance to provide payment plans. For Health Assessments, 6 month and 12 month interest free plans are available.

• Do all Health Assessments qualify for payment plan?

  No, you are currently only able to use Chrysalis Finance for a 360, 360+ and Female Health Assessment.

• What information do I need to provide to apply for a payment plan?

  In order to apply for a Chrysalis Finance payment plan, you will need the following:

  • Your address for the past three years
  • Details of your regular monthly income
  • Your current account bank sort code and account number
  • The Health Assessment you want to book
  • Your eligibility might be effected if you have had bankruptcy/ IVA or CCJ. Get in touch with Chrysalis to discuss alternative options.
