How can I help you improve your health?
Everyone deserves the kind of care professional athletes receive. That belief is what brought me into physiotherapy, having seen first-hand how much difference expert support makes. Now I want to bring it to people of every age and ability.
I still train myself across running, strength, triathlon and hybrid events like Hyrox. So I know how frustrating it is when pain or injury holds you back. Whether you play weekend rugby, five-a-side football or spend long days at a desk, your goals matter just as much.
My route into physiotherapy wasn’t direct. After studying Sports Technology at Loughborough University while playing rugby, I spent several years in a corporate career. It taught me what long hours and too little movement can do to the body. I then returned to my real passion and completed an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham.
Before joining Nuffield Health, I was Lead Physiotherapist at a busy private clinic, treating everything from back and neck pain to tendon problems, sports injuries and complex post-surgical rehab. I was also responsible for my team’s learning and development. Staying on top of the latest evidence is still central to how I work.
My corporate background taught me to make decisions from data, not guesswork. I bring that same thinking into clinic, using objective measures and tools like handheld dynamometry to find what is really driving your problem. We then retest as you progress, so you can see the changes for yourself.
You should leave every session knowing what is going on, why it is happening and what to do next. Whatever your goal, I’ll give you an honest plan and work alongside you to get there.
