How can I help you improve your health?

I have a sporting background playing national level Badminton for a number of years. I have always been involved in fitness from a young age and it has helped me evolve into the PT I am today. I understand the benefits of exercise and physical activity on mental and physical health and am eager to pass this knowledge on to members. My training specialities include Strength and Conditioning (S&C) for sport, CrossFit/Metcon, and functional strength/bodybuilding. Elements of all these styles of training and nutritional advice can help lead to a healthier physique and quality of life which I am excited to accomplish with members.

Laura has worked in the industry for over 10 years working with clients to get into the best shape of their lives. Whether it losing those few extra pounds or fitting into that dress/ suit you have always wanted to.

She also works with clients that have injuries helping them through their rehabilitation or losing weight with injuries using her extensive knowledge in the gym and using water based exercises. After her experience with competing in football, swimming and triathlons she can help with training and getting ready for competitions.

I have spent numerous years working in the health and fitness industry working 1-2-1 with many clients of all different demographics and backgrounds. My way of coaching revolves around slow and efficient progress I don’t believe in quick fixes as transforming your body is always about transforming your lifestyle. When it comes to your lifestyle for me that’s the most important thing I want to educate clients that you can train achieve amazing results and also have a fun social life.

When coached by myself it won’t just be a 1hr PT session every week, you have access to 24/7 support with me on my personal number which we will use to perform daily and weekly check-ins to keep track of your tailored fitness journey. Whilst also having access to workout plans and tailored nutrition advice. Overall I just want a client to feel more confident in themselves physically and mentally and make their journey as fun as possible along the way :)
