With a highly competitive sporting background, as well as over 3 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry, I have spent numerous hours perfecting my specific approach to training, which I now believe to be the perfect formula to allow you to maximize your results. Although it is not a one size fits all approach, by combining aspects of cross-fit, bodybuilding and strength training, your programming will be varied depending on not only your ability level but also your goals. This blend or ‘hybrid’ style approach to training allows you to excel in all areas across the spectrum of fitness, rather than focusing on one area at once, from strength and lifting technique to hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance and fat loss.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from professional athletes and performers to first-time gym goers, with an approach and methodology applicable to everyone, regardless of previous experience.
I firmly believe in the principle of not holding you accountable, but helping you to hold yourself accountable, rather than controlling one hour of your day in the gym, I will help you to take control of your life, from training and nutrition to activity levels in the other 23 hours of your day, along with monitoring sleep and other habits to give you the best chance of success.
