Ed comes from a sporting background and has been extremely active all his life and therefore wants everyone he works with to experience his passion for fitness and getting great results through training and lifestyle activity.

Ed wants to leave a lasting positive effect on his clients with his training and motivational methods. He works well with high intensity workouts, boxing pad work and circuit sessions in order to challenge you and give you some fun sessions to get into shape.

Stepping in to the gym over 7 years ago David started gaining knowledge on fitness and nutrition, gaining even more since becoming a PT. Since then he has achieved helping others with all different types of goals, loving watching his clients succeed.

How can I help you improve your health?

I want you to boss your sessions and just maybe get you to a point where you can shake my hand and say "thanks but now I've got this"! I can provide you with the tools, support you every step of the way, and push you to be better. I deliver fun progressive sessions that improves confidence and self esteem to walk on the gym floor and own that session. Coming from a background in athletics as a 100m and 200m sprinter a lot of progress I made was purely down to the quality of my workouts and ensuring I improve my technical skills. All the progress and improvements are made by the work you put in and I translate that to my clients and hold them accountable to hit their goals.

Martyn is our Fitness and Wellbeing Manager here at Hertford. He has a wealth of experience in group and individual training plans and has been doing this for over 18 years. His expertise with training sits with boxing and getting people into learning the basics or taking them to new heights by conditioning them for competing at White Collar level events. As a biomechanics specialist, Martyn also helps with a range of injury or performance based programs.

He has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Mill Hill Rugby Club and continues to expand his knowledge on lifting techniques. With a proven track record of training athletes and surpassing their goals. Gabriel's speciality is weightlifting and muscle strength but he also gets a real buzz from helping clients transform their gym expectations.
