Ed comes from a sporting background and has been extremely active all his life and therefore wants everyone he works with to experience his passion for fitness and getting great results through training and lifestyle activity.
Ed wants to leave a lasting positive effect on his clients with his training and motivational methods. He works well with high intensity workouts, boxing pad work and circuit sessions in order to challenge you and give you some fun sessions to get into shape.
