Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

Gosia is originally from Poland and is now settled in England. She qualified with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in 2002 from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow, Poland and has over 13 years experience in the private sector in Cambridge UK.

Her specialties include assessment and treatment of MSK injuries ,specialising in running injuries, spinal injuries and postural disorders. Gosia's previous roles have included working in respiratory care, mainly Cystic Fibrosis.

She is trained in physiotherapist-led pilates APPI and acupuncture ACCP. Gosia ran professionally for 12 years, competed in the 5k distance and is still a keen runner and active member of a running community in Cambridge.
